Brian K. Tuskan Joins Kaseware as Strategic Advisor
Denver, Colorado – Kaseware is proud to welcome Brian K. Tuskan, a seasoned leader in global security and public safety technology, to our Strategic Advisory Board. With over two decades of corporate security leadership at Microsoft and ServiceNow, combined with a distinguished background in law enforcement, Tuskan brings unparalleled expertise as a thought-leader in security innovation, intelligence operations, and AI-driven threat mitigation.
Brian’s career began in law enforcement, where he served as a major crimes detective and SWAT officer, working across multi-agency task forces on complex investigations and tactical operations. This foundation in high-stakes environments shaped his practical approach to risk management, situational awareness, and operational leadership.
He later transitioned into the private sector, rising to become the Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Microsoft Global Security. There, he helped architect one of the world’s most advanced enterprise security programs by integrating executive protection, threat intelligence, global operations centers, and technology-enabled investigations. At ServiceNow, he was recruited to build a global security function from the ground up, transforming it into an award-winning, AI-enabled security organization for one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI platforms in the world.
Today, Tuskan advises a range of startups focused on AI, security, and operational risk. He brings a unique perspective informed by both front-line experience and executive decision-making in Fortune 500 environments. He is also the founder of Cop to Corporate, a nonprofit supporting law enforcement professionals transitioning into private sector careers.
“Brian’s track record of innovation and leadership at the intersection of law enforcement, security, and technology is exactly the kind of insight we value at Kaseware,” said Dorian Deligeorges, CEO of Kaseware. “His ability to scale programs, leverage AI for real-world threats, and align security solutions to enterprise outcomes will be instrumental as we continue to expand our platform’s impact across public safety, critical infrastructure, and corporate security sectors.”
As Kaseware continues to develop next-generation solutions for investigations and intelligence management, Tuskan’s experience will help shape our strategic initiatives that bridge public and private sector needs. His perspective as a former acquirer of advanced security and intelligence technologies also brings valuable insight into how software solutions must demonstrate real-world ROI and operational relevance.
“Kaseware is one of the most forward-thinking platforms in the investigative and intelligence space,” said Tuskan. “I’ve spent my career both consuming and deploying technology to protect people, assets, and organizations. I’m excited to contribute to a mission that elevates investigative capabilities and helps clients make faster, smarter, and safer decisions.”
Tuskans personal mission to protect people, is aligned with Kaseware’s mission to make the world a safer place. His guidance will be instrumental as Kaseware advances its mission to support both public and private sector investigations with operationally relevant, scalable technology.
