From Military Service to Driving Business Excellence
Phil's growth in strategic sales leadership is highlighted by his desire to make a positive impact along with a proven track record of success. Prior to graduating from the University of California Davis with a degree in Economics, he served a six-year tenure in the Marine Corps as a Force Reconnaissance Marine. When asked, Phil expressed how his time spent with Reconnaissance Marines was one of the highest honors of his life, and contributes to his time spent forging his commitment to excellence and service.
Transitioning to the private sector, he went on to hold a managerial position aligned with Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Public Service practice. There, he led a team dedicated to addressing the most critical technology challenges faced by law enforcement agencies, courts, and public safety departments in the Western United States. His dedication and leadership skills propelled him to assume various key roles throughout his career in leading sectors of business for prestigious companies. He joined Kaseware in June 2022 to lead our SLED (State, Local, and Education) and Federal Government practice where with his established industry knowledge, Phil played a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of our organization.
