Val Ness has been with Kaseware for three years, bringing cross-functional experience across Implementation Management (IM), Product Management (PM), and now Customer Experience (CX).
Having worked on everything from product build to implementation and ongoing customer support, she brings a well-rounded perspective on how the platform is designed and how it’s used in real-world environments. In her role in CX, she partners closely with customers to drive adoption, improve workflows, and increase overall product value. She also identifies trends and pain points to advocate for meaningful enhancements, serving as a bridge between customers and the product team to ensure feedback turns into impactful improvements.
Risa Christopher
Lead Business Data Analyst, Kaseware
Risa Christopher is the Lead Business Data Analyst at Kaseware, where she partners with customers to transform complex data into meaningful insights through reporting, analytics, and visualization.
Working closely with organizations throughout implementation and beyond, she helps design reports that support operational decision-making, improve visibility, and enable teams to get more value from their Kaseware data.
With a background in data analytics and a deep understanding of the Kaseware platform, Risa specializes in building reporting solutions that align with each agency and organization’s unique workflows and business needs. She collaborates across Kaseware Operations, Customer and Product teams to identify opportunities for improvement, helping ensure customers can confidently leverage their data to drive more informed decisions.
Robert Oesch
Director of Product, Kaseware
Rob Oesch is a seasoned public safety technology leader with over two decades of experience developing mission-critical software for law enforcement and emergency services. Beginning his career in 2001 as a software developer for a local law enforcement agency in Tacoma, Washington, he crafted police reporting software to enhance scene documentation and dispatch monitoring. His career trajectory led him to South Sound 911, where he served as Assistant Director of IT and Records, earning recognition in the “40 Under 40” class for his leadership and community impact. He later joined a Fortune 500 company, contributing to large-scale software solutions for thousands of law enforcement customers.
In 2023, Rob joined Kaseware as the Director of Product Management, leveraging his extensive experience to enhance the platform’s flexibility and configurability, ensuring it meets the unique needs of agencies of all sizes. His commitment to public safety and innovative approach continue to drive advancements in investigative tools for clients worldwide.
