Recap of LPRC 2019 in Florida

By Stephen Delp

Recap of Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC) Impact Conference 2019

It’s been another busy week at Kaseware! Most notably, Mark Dodge and Stephen Delp were at the University of Florida for the 2019 Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC) Impact Conference. While attendees experienced some incredible training on retail crime, Mark and Stephen were busy at their booth on the convention floor. They showed many demos of Kaseware’s platform and answered many excellent questions.

In Stephen’s words, “We had an exhilarating time at IAFCI, meeting with investigative leaders at some of the nation’s largest companies. It was especially exciting to show Kaseware’s potential to assist with retail crime investigations. I appreciate everyone taking the time to meet with us and am excited for all of the follow up meetings.”

Thank you Stephen! If you weren’t able to attend, but still want to learn how we can help, please reach out to us at sales@kaseware.com. We’ll be happy to demonstrate what Kaseware can do for your organization.

About Impact

IMPACT is a two-day program designed to help participants better understand how they can use research approaches to help reduce crime and loss, and increase sales. Each session is designed to provide value, education and participation. This year’s theme is TRUST. Ensuring customer trust is key, and can be broken down into four main necessities:

  1. The retailer will have what the customer wants in stock when and where they want it.

  2. The customer will always be able to very quickly purchase what they came for.

  3. Their financial and personal data will not be compromised.

  4. The customer will be physically safe and secure during their visit.
