Chief Strategy Officer

Dave served at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) for nearly 29 years. His final role was as the Director of the NCIS from 1997 to 2005, leading the agency through critical global crises, including the USS Cole attack and 9/11.

Dave is currently the Chief Strategy Officer and Chair of the Kaseware Advisory Group at Kaseware, enabling public safety and security teams to modernize their case management, incident management, and analytical capabilities.

John Gill

Executive Vice President of Business Strategy

John is a seasoned security executive with 35+ years of experience in public and private sectors. He served 25 years with the Secret Service, where he managed multi-agency security for major events and held key roles, including Attaché of the Paris Field Office and Chief Security Officer at the White House.

Since 2010, he has provided executive leadership and strategic guidance as a consultant and is currently the Executive Vice President of Kaseware, specializing in investigative case management and data analytics solutions.
