Since 2010, he has provided executive leadership and strategic guidance as a consultant and is currently the Executive Vice President of Kaseware, specializing in investigative case management and data analytics solutions.

Francis D’Addario
Emeritus Faculty Strategic Influence and Innovation, Security Executive Council
Francis D’Addario is an independent contractor, globally recognized security thought leader, Emeritus Faculty member for the Security Executive Council, and OSPA Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. He currently co leads global Next Generation Leader talent development, GSOC operational initiatives, and solution innovation services focused on people protection and enterprise all hazards risk mitigation. During his tenure leading Asset Protection at Starbucks, his team delivered decades of measurable multi million dollar returns on protection investment through a mission centered on protecting people, securing assets, and contributing margin.
Before Starbucks, Francis led cross functional risk and security initiatives across the convenience store and quick service restaurant industries, where CPTED based strategies reduced workplace violence by an average of 89%, resulting in hundreds of millions in cost avoidance. He co founded Crime Prevention Associates International and The All Hazard Risk Leadership Laboratory, and helped develop enterprise risk assessment tools including LossVision and RED. Francis has taught and lectured for leading universities and institutions nationwide and holds credentials including CPP, CFE, FEMA CERT, and SEC Next Generation Security Leader.
Matt Doherty

Matthew Doherty is nationally recognized for his work in violence prevention and threat assessment and management. As principal of Doherty Advisory, Matt brings extensive experience gained in four decades of distinguished service across government and the private sector. He helps organizations build and expand violence prevention programs; assess and manage violence risks; train and empower workforces; and gain the business benefits that come with safe and supportive workplaces. Matt previously led the workforce risk management team at Sikich and the threat and violence risk management practice at Hillard Heintze. He retired from a 21-year career with the United States Secret Service as the U.S. Secret Service Special Agent in Charge of the National Threat Assessment Center. He is a member of ASIS, ATAP and SHRM.
