Facilitating Collaboration Among Law Enforcement in the Fight Against Human Trafficking

Shane Erickson’s passion for helping exploited individuals and victims of human trafficking stems from personal experience. As a young child, Shane’s best friend was kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and killed by a repeat sex offender who had just been released from prison. From that point on, Shane made a commitment to focus this passion in public service.  He has 11 years of law enforcement experience, with the last 6 years being in the position of Senior Detective.  Shane has a vast knowledge of law enforcement procedures and protocols and holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. His training includes but is not limited to interview/interrogation techniques, crime scene management, crime scene processing, sexual assault investigation, homicide investigation, and human trafficking/child exploitation investigation.

When Shane was fortunate enough to meet and speak with founder Nic McKinley about his vision for DeliverFund, he knew he had found an organization that shared his passion for service.  Shane has served in his current position of Chief of Operations for two years.  In this capacity, Shane has had the opportunity to work with federal, state, and local law enforcement from across the country.  Shane has lead or been a part of numerous Human Trafficking Operations ranging from multiple Superbowl’s, WrestleMania, Operation Reclaim & Rebuild, and multi-state operations.

Alisha Willemssen is a DeliverFund Intelligence Analyst and U.S. Marine Corps veteran with 12 years of experience in intelligence, operations, and training. She equips and trains law enforcement across the U.S., helping officers turn raw information into actionable intelligence to identify and disrupt human trafficking networks.

John is a seasoned security executive with 35+ years of experience in public and private sectors. He served 25 years with the Secret Service, where he managed multi-agency security for major events and held key roles, including Attaché of the Paris Field Office and Secret Service Executive.

Since 2010, he has provided executive leadership and strategic guidance as a consultant and is currently the Executive Vice President of Kaseware, specializing in investigative case management and data analytics solutions.
