International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators Training Conference 2019
This was a great week at Kaseware! While most of the team was traveling to the midwest for client meetings, our own Stephen Delp was representing us in Raleigh, North Carolina at the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI) annual training conference. Stephen Delp reports:
“I had a great time at IAFCI meeting with investigative leaders with some of our nation’s largest companies. We discussed the applications and unique value Kaseware provides to investigators in:
Organized Retail Crime,
Financial Fraud,
Insider Threat,
Human Trafficking and
Asset Protection Operations.
One of my favorite parts of the event was having the privilege of listening to Kirby Plessas. Plessas taught us best practices for locating targets on the dark web. Another big highlight was having the opportunity to discuss the value of partnerships between public and private sectors with the US Postal Inspection Service, the US Department of Justice, The Zellman Group and Macy’s Inc. I appreciate everyone taking the time to meet with me and am excited for all of the follow up meetings.”
Thank you Stephen! If you weren’t able to attend, but still want to learn how we can help, please reach out to us at sales@kaseware.com. We’ll be happy to demonstrate what Kaseware can do for your organization.
About the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI)
In 1968, a small group of law enforcement officers & special agents of the credit card industry formed an organization to represent professional fraud investigators. They formed the IAFCI, a non-profit international organization. The IAFCI provides services and an environment within which information about financial fraud investigation and fraud prevention methods can be collected, exchanged and taught for the common good of the financial payment industry and our global society.
