Half Year Review
By Dorian Deligeorges
Halfway Through 2020
As one of the founders of Kaseware, I’d like to share that it has been both an exciting and challenging year so far in 2020. I never expected that, after leaving the FBI, I would lead a company through a global pandemic and periods of such volatility. But it has been an honor to do so. I can proudly say that Kaseware has grown and continued to become a better organization through these experiences.
Reflections So far
Throughout the year, we have continued to grow the size of our company. We’ve made several key hires in our operations and engineering departments, and we have onboarded multiple new advisors. Our team has continued to grow throughout the year, and we show no signs of stopping.
We have adapted our workforce to be more flexible and remote in order to meet the demands of the COVID 19 pandemic. In doing so, we’ve managed to ensure the wellbeing of our employees and their families, and even increased productivity in key areas. Our recurring Friday Virtual Happy Hours have helped to ensure that all of our employees have remained connected, and that our cultural bond is stronger than ever.
As for victories, I’m happy to report that we are continuing to win on all fronts. Our Operations team has launched new clients all over the world, including North America, EMEA, and a global deployment for a Fortune 50 customer. Our sales team continues to successfully show the world that our solutions result in both enhanced capabilities and cost savings, which allows us to support an ever-increasing number of organizations. The Kaseware engineering team has successfully built and released some of our most ambitious and impactful features to date, with many more significant enhancements in the works for the rest of the year.
To say that 2020 has been an interesting year is understatement. I can say with the utmost confidence that Kaseware will continue to thrive and grow during these difficult times and that our customers will continue to be our number one priority. We will continue to deliver unprecedented value and service through a team that I am proud to lead.
